The barrel room is positioned in a space of around 200 square meters, in a dark place and with constant temperature among the 13. 15 degrees. It entertains all the wines destined to the aging, in fact the temperate rooms favor a gradual maturation of the wine so that to exalt the aromas and the perfumes of our wines.
In the cooper our wines rest for different months waiting for the correct moment to meet the refined persons palates of the most careful clients.
The barrels and the tonneaux are all in wood of French oak Allier.
