Characteristics of the wine: ruby red, deep, subtle, intense, lingering nose of violet- led flowers and spices, dry, warmly alcoholic palate, moderately soft mouthfeel and tannicity, good structure and balance, harmonious.
Serving temperature: 18° c
Suggested food matchings: grilled red meats, roasts, game, aged cheeses.
Method of preservation: bottle laied down in a fresh environment and not damp, without sources of warmth.
