Variety: pure aglianico

Soil type: clay and limestone

Wine – making: maceration with 8/10 punching down in the day. Soft pressing.

Fermentation: for 10/15 days with a controlled temperature in steel containers.

Filteration: sterile with cartridge of 1 micron

Refinement: steel and bottle.

Packaging: ancientbordeaux bottle with natural cork

Characteristics of the wine: ruby red, deep, subtle, intense, lingering nose of violet- led flowers and spices, dry, warmly alcoholic palate, moderately soft mouthfeel and tannicity, good structure and balance, harmonious.

Serving temperature: 18° c

Suggested food matchings: grilled red meats, roasts, game, aged cheeses.

Method of  preservation: bottle laied down in a fresh environment and not  damp, without sources of  warmth.

Glass recommended for the wine tasting: Big or middle goblet
